How long does shipping usually take?

Normal shipping (2-3 workdays)

Our packages shipped by the delivery company named DPD.  The long of shipping depends on the amount of the orders we get and the capacity of the storeroom. The orders made on weekdays or on Hungarian national holidays will be processed on the following workday. 

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping price depends on the country you order to. The exact price can be seen after you give your adress for your order.

What are the types of payment method we offer?

Currently on our webshop in case of international orders: you can pay by Paypal.

How do you place an order?

It’s pretty easy! :-) Just click on the basket icon ‘ADD TO CART’ on the product you want. This way this item would go to your shopping cart. On the right corner of the webshop, you can find your shopping cart with the items you have selected.  It is a dropdown menu - click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ to place an order.  

Whether you have registered in advance or not, in the following steps you can check the content of your shopping cart, the shipping price and you can choose the payment method and you can also verify your coupon code. 

As a matter of fact you have not give any address details or datas for the billing - you have to give these in advance. 

After these steps, all  you have to do to send your order to us is just clicking on the ‘ORDER’ button. We will process it in the following days and your order will be shipped to You pretty soon. Thank you for choosing us. :-)

How do I change my order?

If you want to change your order (address, telephone number, selected items) or you want to ask about the current status of your order, or you want to delete your order, please write to our collegaue, Judit, and she will help you. We can modify your order before we start to pack the ordered items. We always send an e-mail about this status. 

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the ordered item?

Certainly, we know that inconveniences can occur, and we are prepared for this situation as well. If you have any problem with the ordered item, you just have to notify us and you can exercise the right of renunciation and the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.

We suggest our customers checking and putting on the ordered items as soon as possible because after the fourteenth day we cannot help you. Beyond this date, the right of renunciation and the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee no longer apply. Can I buy your items in your stores?

The team of  Tara Collection and VIKTORI are working on being the best webshop and wholesaler company among the manufacturer, limited edition fashion brands with great quality. This is the reason why we do not have a physical store, but you can find our items in the boutiques of our resellers in Hungary and in the neighboring countries as well.

Can I buy a gift card? How does it work?

Yes!:-) We offer e-gift cards on the webshop. You can shop here: https://www.taracollection.hu/ajandekartyak.

It is an e-gift card which means you have to pay by card, and we would send the personalized gift card for your or your beloved one’s e-mail. 

1.) At first, you would get an e-mail about the confirmation of the order.

2.) Secondly, our colleguae will create a personalized gift card and coupon code for you. This will be sent to the e-mail you give us. (It takes one workday - at maximum.)

3.) Happy shopping! :-) You can use this card immediately on our webshop.
