Which delivery company ships your items?  

DPD delivery company takes care of the fast and secure shipping of our packages. 

What time my package will arrive?

Unfortunately, the delivery company usually does not give the expected delivery time interval. The packages usually shipped between 8.00-18.00 on weekdays.

I would like to make the invoice written to a company.

Of course, it is not a problem. Click to the PROFILE >> EDIT >> BILLING ADDRESS, and you can edit the billing details.

Does the total amount include the VAT?   

Yes, it includes. It is mandatory to list it on the invoice. It is not an extra charge. :-) 

How and where can I use my coupon codes? 

At the end of the shopping process, there is an option to check the list of your ordered items and their details. You just have to scroll a little bit down and you can find the PROMOTION CODE. You can use your coupon code here.

Any of our codes cannot be activated automatically. Every case you have to write and validate it yourself. One coupon code can be used at one time. 

Do you plan to expand your product range?

Naturally, we are working on offering you the most stylish and fashionable items for you - with new collections weekly. We are growing season by season and expanding our product range continuously.

What is your packing process?

Every order is wrapped into safety bags in order to ensure the safety of the packages during shipping.

Of course! Read the size chart, which is truly helpful. If you are still uncertain about the item after reading the size chart - just write to us and we will help you with pleasure. :-)
